Returns Policy and Refunds
SHIPPING
Suzan Davidson Designs (SDD) will ship with our in-house delivery team within a 50 mile radius, from our design studio, or with a third party shipper. Our delivery team will unpack the custom piece and place in area of your choosing, up to one room and our delivery team will collect and dispose of all packing material. You are responsible for inspecting piece upon delivery and have the right to refuse delivery if in unsatisfactory condition. If Buyer is using a third-party receiver, the receiving party takes full responsibility for the condition of pieces upon delivery if no defects are documented directly with the carrier. Upon request, you may also coordinate your own shipping directly with a preferred carrier by making all arrangements regarding pick-up and packaging requirements. Except with respect to a delivery arranged through our in-house delivery team, the risk of loss and title for all Merchandise sold by SDD passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This website (the “Site”) is exclusively owned by Suzan Davidson Designs (SDD). In the terms and conditions set forth below (the “Terms and Conditions”), the terms ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ refer to SDD, its successors and assigns, and the terms “you” and “your” refer to, as applicable, (i) the person or persons purchasing merchandise from the Site, from the design studio location of SDD, or (ii) the person or persons using the Site. These Terms and Conditions are binding on every SDD customer, Site user and shall apply to all business dealings between you and SDD, including, but not limited to, your use of the Site, any Transaction, and any other services provided to you by SDD. You hereby make representations and warranties to SDD (regardless of whether a Transaction is consummated and whether SDD is the purchaser or seller of the Merchandise), and agree to the terms and conditions, in each case as set forth in the Terms and Conditions, by your use of the Site and/or by receiving Merchandise from SDD. The term “Transaction” shall mean your agreement to use of one or more of the services provided by SDD or purchase Merchandise from SDD, and SDD’s agreement to provide such services or sale such Merchandise to you.
If you do not agree with the Terms and Conditions, please refrain from using the Site, engaging Suzan Davidson Designs for its services or purchasing the Merchandise. SDD reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notification. Up-to-date Terms and Conditions can be reviewed in this section of the Site. All content on the Site including photos are the property of Suzan Davidson Designs.
RETURN POLICY
All sales are final.
STORAGE FEES
For third party shipper additional storage fees of $10 per day per item first billable after thirty (30) days will be charged to store custom piece if not picked up within thirty (30) days from the date of completion.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
All sales are final.
PRICES AND TERMS
Orders for custom pieces require 50% down payment and remaining payment upon completion an all other design items require full payment. All accounts shall be paid upon receipt when invoiced. Orders must be paid in full, including STORAGE, taxes, freight, shipping charges and service charges prior to shipping. Checks are to be made out to Suzan Davidson Designs. Credit cards accepted American Express, MasterCard, & Visa and are subject to a credit card fee of 3%.
